Stunning Jade Tenholder has recently been published on models.com where I discovered her.
The exotic beauty from Canada is former fashion student and has been scouted twice before joining Next Model Management Toronto.

Jade's look reminds me a calm beauty and mystery of Cherokee mixed with fresh modern shades of tomboy type of girl. On the photos she can easily be the girl next door or elegant lady of high society, looking bold and sexy. I prefer her test shoots where you can see her natural shining beauty, freshness and healthy look.
She also can be a contemporary version of Paul Gauguin's Tahitian girl surrounded by bright, psychedelic, but gentle colors of palms, tropical flowers and blue shades of sea.

Bleached denim shorts. DIY

The bleached denim trend is still very popular and every year I keep seeing various bleached / dyed shorts in the shops. I saw so many stunning ones, but the price was quite high even on eBay. I really wanted dyed high - waisted shorts, but I didn't want to spend so much money (it was always about 50$), plus it seemed to be quite easy to make, so I've decided to try it!

What you will need to make your perfect shorts:
Pair of old jeans (it can be any color you wish)
Pair of gloves
Scissors (optional)
clothespins,clips (optional)
Bucket
Large bowl or any other container
Bottle of bleach
Water

I can easily say that Zara is one of my favourite brands. The fist Zara Shop was open in 1975 by it's founder Amancio Orgega. Nowadays Famous Spanish fashion brand can be found in nearly every continent in the world. It also has a very successful history from the very beginning. Zara sells a really good quality clothes for a reasonable price, which makes it's affordable to almost everyone.
Zara produces a collection twice a week and distributes it to each store around the world. Its collections are small and sell out really quickly. It creates a feel of exclusivity and makes the customers visit stores regularly. I guess this selling strategy is successful enough, because the number of Zara fans keeps increasing every year.
I love Zara because in its collections almost every person can find the clothes of style he loves. There are basic,really feminine and elegant clothes. There's a TRF for teenagers and the ones who loves casual style. And of course, there's also kids' and men's department.

This season I fell in love with laconic, minimal, "constructive" garments of white color. Its style reminds me of verious paper packages : negligently crumpled ones, carefully folded origami ones and a bit wavy forms of delicate material.
I would like to buy everything white from this season's collection! Not the lacy and patterned ones, but simple and minimal. My collage (which you see above) is my summer's "must-have".

Trip to Russian Countryside. The road to eternity.

Have you ever travelled on boat somewhere?
I did... And I wish this journey would last forever...

Sometimes I like seing this world upside down. It looks more beautiful than it is in reality: no garbage, no angry people - only calm water,trees and sky. Everything's alive and you also feel so alive in the sunshine of spring sun.

Here's the second part of my journey to Russian countryside. You'll see the beauty of Russian nature and some of details that took my attention.
Vyshny Volochyok of Tver Oblast wasn't occupied during Second World War, so some of the buildings are older than hundred years and when you walk there, it seems like you've entered the museum. But I also saw so many burnt and empty houses, it is really sad...

Next few days after arriving we went to the city center and a railway station. Red bricks looks beautiful on the sky and railways background. Here was the place I took some pictures for lookbook post. It was a black and white day. I was wearing black lace bralette from Topshop, vintage white jacket, white skirt from Korea, socks of Nike and the coolest shoes from Korea too. I must say that walking down the old roads in these shoes was quite an adventure for me. I realize that sneakers would be much better for this.

I was so curious if I could buy some clothes in Vyshny Volochyok or maybe find some vintage shops. Unfortunately I only saw few small shops with surprisingly high prices and no vintage shops at all... I guess people simply go for a shopping to Tver or Moscow - it's not so away from the town and I guess you can find the anything you need.
So, without new clothes but with a good mood we bought few coconuts and went home to have a lunch. It was a good time anyway!

Maybe you’ve already read a lot of articles about trends of this season, saw a lot of collections’ photos, collages and even catalogues. That’s why I don’t want to show you every single piece from designers’ collections and I won’t create one more list of fashion trends which you don’t really need to read one more time, but I will choose the most interesting trends which suits me perfectly and I hope it will be interesting for you too.
You will see how easy it can be to look stylish, modern and fashionable without spending a lot of money for that and buying a tons of clothes every season when the trends keep changing. Blindly following the current trends is really silly. The most important thing is being yourself and being confident with who you are, knowing what your style is and how do you want to see yourself. Because no matter how often the trends keep changing, your style is staying permanent. But, if you do want to wear trendy clothes anyway, I’m offering you to analyze your wardrobe and choose which clothes your attention should be concentrated at. And you’ll see that maybe you won’t even need to buy anything, because you’re already ready for this season!

Я не привожу полный список всех модных веяний этого года (они очень хорошо упорядочены в таких изданиях, как Vogue,Elle,Glamour и т.д.), но выбираю самые интересные и наиболее подходящие моему стилю. Вы увидите, как легко можно выглядеть стильно, красиво и современно, не изменяя себе и своим предпочтениям. Слепое следование тенденциям и покупка всех вещей, которые будут актуальны в тот или иной период времени, на мой взгляд, бессмысленна - гораздо более важно быть верным себе, ведь мода приходит и уходит, а стиль остается. Trip to Russian Countryside. Sport & Nature

Every year in Russia we have a Spring Holidays in early dates of May.
This year one of my friends invited me and my boyfriend to his hometown in Vyshny Volochyok of Tver Oblast. The weather finally started getting better and the warm air was around us. Trip to Russian countryside seemed to be a good idea and an opportunity to get some inspiration as well.
To tell the truth, I haven't thought a lot about my wardrobe. I had almost no bags and I wanted it to be really spontaneous and comfy trip. So I took few of my skirts,leggings and some tops. Everything simple and functional,no heels.

On the first day of our arrival we've desided to go to the forest and enjoy the beautiful landscapes. The area around the town is full of water and beautiful, a bit transformed reflections. I was surprised by seing so many burnt houses and emty spaces. Sometimes it felt like I was in a ghost city-it's population is about 50 thousand people only. I was happy to see few working factories and enjoyed it's constructions. Architecture and geometric lines of the buildings always inspire me.

I was wearing oversized Adidas top, which looked on me like a mini dress. I bought it for about 2 dollars in vintage shop. I wanted some new stuff that would look really sporty but fresh and being able to transform and being combines with some unexpected garments (I guess it sounds funny, because unfortunately I'm not into sport at all...). I will probably wear it with some feminine-looking skirts later - love experimenting with different styles.
I also wear a very comfortable H&M basic black cotton skirt and leggings from Korea. I bought it on Gmarket late autumn and so happy because it's suitable for any weather.
The sneakers are vintage and my mother used to wear it a long time ago, but it still looks beautiful and almost new.

I usually take a lot of pictures when I go somewhere. Viewing them after coming back home gives me an incredible feeling of nostalgie and inspiration.
So, I hope you will enjoy seeing these photos as much as I do.
